Q. On another more important topic, one thing as you have mentioned several times today, the President directed Justice to look at the Arizona law because he doesn’t want a patchwork of state and local laws.  But right now there are dozens of so-called sanctuary cities that have their own policies that might potentially conflict with federal law, something that’s led Governor Brewer to say that if Arizona is in violation of federal law, then so are these localities.  So my question is, why did the President only ask DOJ to look at Arizona and not everywhere?

If Obama’s Arizona lawsuit is successful, sanctuary cities will be subject to federal lawsuits?

The government’s court complaint claims the law threatens the federal government’s responsibility to create immigration policy, saying that it is an attempt to create “local” immigration standards.

“Although states may exercise their police power in a manner that has an incidental or indirect effect on aliens, a state may not establish its own immigration policy or enforce state laws in a manner that interferes with the federal immigration laws,” the complaint reads. “The Constitution and the federal immigration laws do not permit the development of a patchwork of state and local immigration policies throughout the country.”

   One way to really take all the air out of this illegal immigration war, is demand that No Illegal Immigrant past present or future Ever Have ther Right to Ever Vote, or hold a law enforcement job, or any government position holding authority over Native English Speaking Citizens. Neither their offspring, born in or outside the US.
   We deny Native Born English Speaking US citizens from voting with less severe charges against them for life, but we give illegal opeople virturally Invading our country, lay dead a few years and in great numbers given Citizenship with the might to Over Power Native Born Citizens vote and way of life when the move into a city in large numbers. Their Vote and agendas are all against us, we are giving them control to our country when we see what they have done to the pl;aces they come from.
   95% of Every illegal immigrant have a haand in the drug trade, they dont suddenly live high from hard work when millions of Black and White Americans been working even harder but still struggling.
   No one who entered this country Illegally who are later given legal status Should Never Ever have a Right to Vove in Any Election, neither their offspring. That is the onl;ly way to put a stop to Obama’s Love for the illegal Invaders who are Stealing/ being given our Power to Govern ourselves.
   If You Came here illegally You Will Never Have the Right to Vote in This Country in any Election!!!! Many countries have this law in place.
   And we should make so they cant leave and come back to make themselves legal when they have been living here illegally. One Minute in the US Illegally intentionally means you can never Vote once if ever becoming legal.
